ran down Kensington to 47th and back

can still feel it in my arms but it's not that bad.

Crossfit games WOD #2 came out yesterday

10 minute AMRAP

I will have to scale this for sure if I even do it

I also think there is a chance my elbow is healed. Either that or the pain in my arms from the burpees is so bad that I cant feel the elbow pain anymore.

Just went out for a run this morning.

35 minutes

Ran over to Junior and Jessica's because I knew at least their lights would be on. Sometimes I feel like I am the only one awake in the 5 o'clock hour. I could see their bedroom light from blocks away.

My arms are killing me from those burpees. Will I ever feel normal again?

Didn't want to do too many rounds of the above until I see how it effects my elbow.
