Katy's Goal

My goal.

I will do the WOD(modified and scaled appropriately) on Crossfit's Main Site allowing two rest days a week. I will exchange one of the workouts for whatever the 2012 Contract Group workout is. I will allow myself to do an alternative workout 3 times a month instead of the WOD if need be (for Teddy reason's or something else comes up).

I am not going to give myself specific food goals/restrictions. In general I would like to only consume meats that are organic and/or grass fed, no added hormones etc. Also increasing my consumption of vegetables and decrease the amount of carbs I eat. I am pretty much hungry all the time so sometimes I just do what I have to do. If that means eating cookies at work cause that's what's available then that's what I do.
