50 jumping pull ups
50 KB swings
50 walking lunges
50 knees to elbows
50 push press
50 back extensions
50 wall balls
50 burpees
50 double unders

scaled
green band pullups because our bar is too high for jumping pull ups
KTE was knee raises
push press 30#
back extensions was good mornings
200 singles instead of 50 DU
