warm up:
25 jumping jacks
50 arm circles forward
50 arm circles backward
20 squats
50 mountain climbers

2 mile run: 15:00

50 squats
50 pilates leg lift each leg
25 forward pilates leg lift each leg
15 lower leg lifts

lots of stretching
